I like it! =D I mean, I haven't gone looking for it because I don't want to find out if the fandom turns them into ~Sensitive New Age Decepticons~ but I like the idea of it. They're funny and ridiculous and oh so over-the-top. I really like what we've seen of their dynamics so far. Besides, Breakdown gives me very distinct vibes of "the only one who can put up with Knockout for more than five minutes". :P

Also, a while ago a friend and I were joking that Tracks is their (misteriously not evil) lovechild and now I can't unsee it.

Ooooh, those two. ♥ It started as a joke and then... wait, are those hints? IS IT CANON? XDDD

Seriously, I love those two so much. They're adorable. They're nerdy. They're funny. They complement each other, and still they have enough in common to work well. And I find it hilarious that once I already shipped it to infinity and beyond, Arakawa went and added that "oh and we're going to travel around being nerds!" thing. That was just priceless. :P

Oh, I love them so. ♥ Especially because they're equals. I like to ship the Doctor with people who can take his ego down a notch, and Romana is great at that. Besides, they're different enough that they complement each other well. They make great team.

Also, and just as important, they're hilarious. =D And they just look like they have so much fun together. It's happy, angst-less, nerdy couple and I love that.

Skyfire/Starscream! /predictable!

They hit so many of my pings, it's amazing. The whole thing about close friends who are very different but complement each other would've been enough to make me ship it, but they were EXPLORER NATURALISTS IN SPACE and had nerdy adventures together! And then they break my heart, because we actually get to see Starscream genuinely concerned about another living being for about five minutes, but of course by then he's too much of a bastard to get things right. Then again, one of the main reasons I like Skyfire so much is that he put his own conscience before anything else. (It was really refreshing after being exposed to too many "I'd do anything to be with the one I love" canons, too.)

I just wish the fandom would focus a bit more on the happy backstory times instead of just on canon-times angst, but ah well. You can't have everything.

I love that they are so homely and cute and focused on family life and still so... EPIC. He literally saved her from a dragon! She makes his armour! HOW AMAZING IS THAT. And they love each other and respect each other and talk about it when they think differently and they're just. generally awesome.
