My username is the Latin name for laurel. That alone should tell you a lot about me... mostly that I'm a nerd who likes plants and weird references.
I'm a 28-year-old Argentinian biologist, living in Buenos Aires and wishing I lived in Bariloche. I work on sustainable development. I read, write, and knit a lot, and I spend plenty of time in fandom.
This journal is mostly in English, but with some Spanish; and mostly about fandom, but with some personal posts here and there.


My fandoms

Doctor Who. Transformers. Ouran. Avatar. Fullmetal Alchemist. Merlin. Harry Potter. Any combination of the above.
Those are the main ones at the moment, but I've been known to write any plot bunny that hits me. I like genfic, slice-of-life vignettes, and hopeful stories. I love obscure references. I adore crossovers. Consider yourselves warned.
