In which kids' cartoons give me FEELINGS

TF: Prime's episode is a two-parter, so I'm going to leave the rambling until next week. But it gave me AAAALL THE FEEEEELINGS. |D

Anyway! This post is actually about season 2 of Generator Rex, which I watched a couple of days ago so I'm more or less coherent about it.

I LOVE THAT THIS SHOW HAS NO RESET BUTTON. It hurts like hell, because they don't pull any punches. But that's what makes it such a good story. The stakes are high! There are consequences! The characters aren't static! Seriously, guys, I love this show so much.

The first season was already very good, but in this one I could really tell just how much thought they've put in the backstory and in this world in general. And oh, Rex, you've grown so much. The last few episodes are just... akldfjalñfkjaslkfj THIS KID.

About more specific things:

- So, Van Kleiss's little team! I like Circe a lot more making friends in Hong Kong than sticking around with him. Biowulf is... surprising and really intriguing. And Breach made me cry. SO MUCH. ;_;

- SIIIIIIIIX. Just. Six. We got backstory. We got him asking Holiday out. We got that hilarious episode with the press. And then LOLOLOL. Buuut like I said, I'm glad that the series didn't just revert to status quo.

- HOLIDAY I LOVE YOU SO MUCH LET ME COUNT THE WAYS and she got her sister back and now I don't know what's going on with her or with anyone else a-ahahaha this show.

- I really like Caesar, because HELLO STUPID QUIRKY MORALLY QUESTIONABLE GENIUS, buuuut I don't trust him. I mean, he doesn't strike me as the kind of person who would do horrible things on purpose but he doesn't seem to be very... uh, consequence-aware. To put it mildly. And he sticked around and has a goatee of evil so yeeeeah.

- WHAT ON EARTH HAPPENED WITH VAN KLEISS AND WHITE KNIGHT IN THAT LAST EPISODE. WHAT IS GOING ON.

... I seriously need to catch up. O_O

(And on a much sillier note: Six reminds me so much of TFA!Prowl. |D PLEASE TELL ME I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE.)
