TF: Prime 14 & 15

I'll admit it: I'm a sucker for "I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE" plots. I know, I know, they're cheesy and predictable and most people outgrow them by the time they're ten or so. But who cares, I love some good old Power Of Friendship. Besides, Bumblebee is adorable! The cutest ever! Surely he'll be all right--

But oh wait, this is a continuity with competent villains! MEGATRON IS STRONGER THAN THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP. That is most definitely a new one. :ooo But then, this is the show that killed and zombified poor Cliff in the first episode, so.

Also, because I haven't said it enough lately: OPTIMUUUUUUUUUUUS ♥ I'd like more development for him, sure, but I still think this version has a great balance between BADASS GIANT ROBOT and EVERYONE'S DAD.

Still love Arcee's lines, still love Ratchet's lines, and I'm glad to see more Bulkhead again. Miko did something really stupid again but it was showed as a Very Bad Thing to do, so I don't mind it all that much. Now let her learn the lesson, writers.

And on the 'Con side... well. Megatron is BADASS, I've been waiting for his return for a while now and it was really epic! And yet my main thought is still OH STARSCREAM. |D He did get all G1-ish! And a lot sooner than I expected, too. He's so ~HAMTASTIC~ and ~MELODRAMATIC~ in this episode, it was a thing of beauty.

(Where was Soundwave, though? It was Megatron's big return, shouldn't he be around...?)

Aaaand I decided that I do, in fact, like Knock Out in spite of all my hype aversion at first. Guy's hilarious, there's no way around that. :P

But the most important thing of all: WE HAVE PROPER PLOT AND CONTINUITY NOW YESSSS. I think the show's finally falling into its pace, now. Can't wait to see what we get from now on.


ETA: ... no, wait, the most important thing was CLEARLY THE "DON'T CROSS THE STREAMS" REFERENCE.
