Day 11: Character you’d become best friends with


At first I didn't think this would be such a hard question. But when I tried to come up with a character, I realized that most of my favourite are characters are either 1)people I wouldn't necessarilly get along with if I knew them in real life, or 2)people who wouldn't necessarilly get along with me even if I followed them around all starry-eyed.

And then it hit me: A character that would definitely like to know in real life? Who would have things in common with me, but not so much that we couldn't stand each other for being too similar? Who is normal enough that I wouldn't be reduced to "akjfklasjfkladfjkadljfaskldfjkla ♥♥♥" in front of him? Well...



... yup, I like that idea. =D

Unrelated ETA: I've mentioned before that I love Gunnerkrig Court. There are many, many reasons for this, but one of the main ones is the setting itself, with the whole magic-and-science thing going on.

So far, because of the characters it's been focused on, "science" seemed to mean technology/robotics/etc. But it turns out there is also this.
