a. Her sense of humour, particularly the way she can laugh at herself.
b. I still think she should have given Touya a bit more warning before leaving. :/
c. Eriol, of course.
d. I honestly have no idea. I don't think much of ships.
e. The Potterverse! That's pretty much headcanon for me, heh. She can teach actual Divination at Hogwarts and everything.
f. Yuuko. They would angst and dwell on past things and ANGST.
g. Hmmm, At Your Side comes to mind - love song, friendship song, take it as you will. (If life's standing still and your soul's confused / And you cannot find what road to choose / If you make mistakes / You can't let me down / I will still believe / I will turn around)
h. Choosing My Fate and yes I'm bitter about certain bits of fandom why do you ask.
i. No terrible foresight dreams for Kaho. Just your usual "oh noes I forgot about the exam!!!" dreams.
j. Probably when she's very old. She doesn't seem to be involved in the TRC mess, luckily.

I can forgive her for that, because it wasn't being flighty or intentionally selfish; she really thought he'd prefer not to spend their last months together anticipating her leaving.

Ohgod. If she heard Yuuko story, and Eriol hadn't split his power, she'd probably leave Eriol to avoid their relationship going the way of Clow/Yuuko and hurting both of them.

I covered that a bit in the E/K manifesto, how Kaho puts her own wishes into her predictions to make them come true. and which segments?

Just your usual "oh noes I forgot about the exam!!!" dreams.

And now that's she's a teacher, they're probably "oops, I misplaced the exams! and forgot how to find the exam room!" dreams.

I don't think it was intentionally selfish, but I do think it was stupid in a similar way as Clow not telling his Guardians that he was going to die until the last minute was stupid.

And I meant the "Kaho only does anything becase Fate Says So and has no personality of her own" bits. :/

Kaho has a personality of her own! She angsts about Fate Saying So! It's soooo deeeeeeeeeeep and traaaaaaaagic! Feel for her!
